Booking & Sessions
Booking is simple. You can book directly through our website’s portal or contact us via WhatsApp at +27-72-123-8720. To secure your date and time, a 50% deposit is required. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure your preferred slot in our Johannesburg studio.
We offer flexible pricing to suit independent artists and corporate clients:
Hourly Rate: R600per hour (minimum bookable is 2hours).
Half-Day Package (4 Hours): R2,200 – Ideal for vocal tracking or podcasting.
Full-Day Package (8 Hours): R4,500 – Best for full-band tracking or intensive mixing sessions.
Yes. Every booking at Morgeez Studios includes a qualified sound engineer to handle the technical aspects of your recording, mixing, or mastering. If you prefer to bring your own engineer, please notify us during the booking process to discuss our “Dry Hire” rates.

Policies and Preparation Questions
We understand that creativity can be unpredictable. You may reschedule your session at no cost if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will result in a forfeiture of the deposit to cover studio and engineer downtime.
To get the most out of your time:
Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
Bring your backing tracks on a USB drive or have them accessible in the cloud.
Ensure all lyrics are written and rehearsed.
If you are a band, please ensure all instruments are tuned before arrival.
