“One-stop” means that Morgeez Records owns both the Master Recording (the actual audio file) and the Publishing Rights (the underlying composition and lyrics). This allows us to clear your license immediately without you needing to track down multiple songwriters or third-party publishers.
Sync (Synchronization) License: Permission to “sync” the composition (the song itself) with visual media.
Master Use License: Permission to use the specific sound recording produced by the studio.

Yes. Our Creator License is specifically designed for digital platforms. Once licensed, you will receive a digital certificate to prevent “Copyright Strikes” or monetization claims on your channel.
No. Our licensing fees are generally Flat-Fee Sync Fees. This means you pay once for the right to use the music in your project forever (Perpetual Use), depending on the package you choose.
Note: Broadcasters (TV/Radio) are still responsible for paying “Performance Royalties” to collection societies like SAMRO or CAPASSO, but this does not cost you, the filmmaker, any extra money.
Yes. For our Independent Film and Commercial tiers, we provide stems (separate tracks for drums, vocals, instruments, etc.). This allows your video editor or sound designer to duck the vocals during dialogue or loop specific sections to fit the scene perfectly.
Absolutely. If our existing catalog doesn’t fit your vision, our production team can compose an original score tailored to your project’s emotional arc. Custom rates are calculated based on the length and complexity of the arrangement.
Standard licenses are “Single Project” use. If you wish to use the same track for a new film or a different ad campaign, a license renewal or an “All-Media” buyout can be negotiated at a discounted rate.
