This depends on your selected package. A Creator Express session usually takes 2 hours, while a full-scale Cinematic Music Video can take between 5 to 10 hours. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to ensure we start on schedule.
We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa. While we offer professional filming within our studio environment, we are also available for “on-location” shoots across Gauteng. Travel within a 25km radius of Johannesburg Central is included in our premium packages.
Our standard packages include the final, professionally edited and color-graded video. Raw footage is not included by default, but it can be purchased as an add-on if you wish to have the unedited files for future use.
Turnaround times vary by project. Social Media content is typically delivered within 48 hours. Music Videos and Corporate projects generally take 7–14 business days for the first draft, depending on the complexity of the edit and color grading.
Every Morgeez video package includes one round of consolidated revisions. This means you can send us a list of specific changes you’d like to see. Any additional rounds of editing after the first revision will be billed at an hourly rate.
While we provide the technical crew (camera, lighting, and sound), hair and makeup are the responsibility of the client. However, we have a network of professional MUAs and Stylists in Joburg that we can recommend if you need to hire one for your shoot.
We deliver high-quality MP4 or MOV files optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. If you require specific formats for television broadcast or cinema, please let us know during the intake process.
